What it is: The Detoxifier is a 15-minute purifying “rub-off” mask that uses highly absorptive activated charcoal, Irish moss, and Chinese ginseng to remove dirt and impurities, and exfoliate dead, drab skin to give you naturally polished, purified, detoxified skin.

How it worksActivated charcoal is combined with kaolin to help draw out impurities and refine skin’s texture, protein-rich Irish moss, Chinese ginseng and alaria esculenta algae extract which help purify skin, and jojoba beads, a natural exfoliator, to even and rejuvenate skin, and more.

Description

Multi-Purpose: Use as a 15-minute rub-off mask 2-3 times a week or daily as a scrub.

As a Mask:

  1. Apply to clean, dry skin covering face.
  2. Wait 15 minutes or until almost dry and slightly tacky to the touch.
  3. Using fingertips, gently rub in circular motions to exfoliate as the product flakes off. Wash off remaining product. Or, wait until completely dry and wash off completely.
  4. Use 1-3 times per week, preferably at night.
  5. Follow with THE HYDRATOR to nourish and moisturize.

As a Daily Scrub:

  1. Apply to wet skin.
  2. Massage gently to exfoliate skin.
  3. Wash off completely. Caution: Avoid getting in or near eye area. Do not keep on for more than 15 minutes.
  4. Use as directed.
  5. Follow with THE HYDRATOR to nourish and moisturize

If irritation occurs limit frequency of use; if irritation persists discontinue use and consult a physician. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure after use.

Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, and are primarily shipped using either FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Orders must be placed by 9am PST Monday - Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 - 2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday. We regret that we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time. Standard shipping takes typically 2 - 7 Business Days.  Please note APO/FPO Military Addresses may take much longer to arrive.

RETURNS

HEAR ME RAW ONLINE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your happiness is our #1 goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange it for another item (s). If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS

If you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to hello@meeschell.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.

Please Note: only items purchased on www.hearmeraw.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased HEAR ME RAW products at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

To return a product, please send an email to hello@meeschell.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping items with a value over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send an email to hello@meeschell.com and we will provide an exchange authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns or handle exchanges. We cannot insure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the exchange authorization and the correct return address.


GIFT RETURNS

If you would like to return a gift, we can provide a site credit for the value of your return if the item shipped directly to you.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at hello@meeschell.com. We will arrange for FedEx or UPS to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If the package is still not found, we will start a trace with the shipper and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@meeschell.com
