We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Need to reship a refused or undeliverable package? A reshipping fee in the amount of the original shipping cost will be required. To avoid reshipping fees please double check your address prior to checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. OLITA is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
If an order that has been refused or returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
OLITA will refund any defective or faulty products. (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancelation of an order is possible if the item has not shipped. Simply email email@example.com and request a cancelation with the order #.
Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. OLITA cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost).
OLITA will only offer exchanges for defective or faulty products. No used or partially used items may be exchanged.
