The crystallization process is natural and has little to no effect on the honey other than new textures, densities, and coloring.

Pine honey is a rich source of probiotics (action) supporting a healthy gut and aiding in digestive and bloating issues but is also a great source of Iron and Potassium.
That sweet warm maple-like taste makes it particularly nice when taken with black tea or with a cup of warm milk or just as a spoonful.
To specifically aid with digestion and bloating. stir in one spoon of honey in lukewarm water and lemon first thing in the morning.

The most sought-after honey of all honey in Turkey and our personal favorite, This dark amber honey is widely consumed due to its health benefits and distinct warm sweet flavors. It is particularly nice when taken with black tea.
Unlike Flower honey, Pine honey has higher fructose content than glucose which results in slow crystallization. This process may take 6 months to a year.
It depends on your delivery location. Orders processed within the contiguous U.S. with standard shipping usually take 5 – 8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. During Covid-19, international deliveries may take longer than usual. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You may be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns
We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and products! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused items to us, in their original packaging, within 15 days from the receipt of your shipment. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.
We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e. color, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.
Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund, unless the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items. Returns must be in their original, unopened packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or other method originally used to purchase the product.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Cancellation
We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Many orders are processed within thirty minutes of placement, so we’re unable to make changes to an existing order. We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
