If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused items to us, in their original packaging, within 15 days from the receipt of your shipment. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.
We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e. color, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.
Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund, unless the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items. Returns must be in their original, unopened packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or other method originally used to purchase the product.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Many orders are processed within thirty minutes of placement, so we’re unable to make changes to an existing order. We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
