Spread body scrub all over your body while in the shower. The scrub will exfoliate and begin to melt away under the warm shower. Pump oil into hand and spread oil all over body when skin is moist after a warm bath or shower. The oil will be absorbed by skin within a few minutes. Although a generous amount, this size can travel too. Products are not intended for the face or very sensitive areas.
